Dharmagruppe Münster e. V.
Listening, reflecting and meditating in the tradition of the Buddha
The Dharma Group Münster is a place of silence and encounters for all people who want to learn meditation, meditate with others or explore the teachings of the Buddha.
Regular weekly meditation sessions are held in the quiet and friendly premises in Münster city centre, to which all interested parties are cordially invited. In addition, various courses, lectures and seminars are offered, providing an introduction to Buddhism and an opportunity to delve deeper into Buddhist topics and practices.
The Dharma Group Münster was founded in 2003 by Lama Öser, who was taught by the Tibetan meditation master Gendün Rinpoche and today teaches the Dharma according to this inspiring example.
Regular events and the current annual programme can be found on the Dharma group’s website.
Mahakaruna Yoga
Mahakaruna Yoga by Lama Öser is also offered on the premises of the Dharma group. The central aim of Mahakaruna Yoga is to open the heart and mind. It includes guided meditations on love, compassion, joy and openness as well as physical exercises in sitting, standing and lying positions. It deals with universal themes and is not tied to a religious orientation.
Further information can be found at mahakaruna-yoga.de.
